- SQL deep enough to read a 200-table schema with no documentation.
- Python, Postgres, FastAPI or similar, with clean documented REST APIs.
- ODBC/JDBC into SQL Server and MySQL.
- Incremental, idempotent extraction, including tables with no updated_at column.
- Docker, Linux, and enough networking to work behind a client firewall.
- Bonus: dbt, legacy ERP integration, manufacturing or distribution data.
