Alkaram Studio Jobs 2026 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 3+ years building Power BI dashboards, including data modelling and DAX
- Solid grip on the Microsoft BI stack Power BI, SSAS, SSRS, and SSIS
- Good understanding of Power Query, ETL, data warehousing, and data gateways
- SQL skills for pulling and shaping data
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and juggling multiple data sources
- Analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have: exposure to Azure (Data Lake, SQL Database, Data Factory), some Python or R with ML libraries, and a Microsoft Power BI certification.
Job Description
- Design, build, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that surface real business insights
- Work with stakeholders to understand what they need and translate it into BI solutions
- Connect, transform, and model data from multiple sources, mainly Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Write DAX measures and calculated columns to support complex reporting
- Set up Power BI security row-level security, user roles, and safe data sharing
- Automate reporting workflows to make operations run leaner
- Handle data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Apply AI techniques for predictive analytics and spotting business opportunities
- Dig into large datasets to find trends and patterns that guide strategy
