Ziauddin Hospital Jobs Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Solid working knowledge of ISO standards and Quality Management Systems
- Understanding of healthcare quality assurance processes and internal audit procedures

Job Description
- Keep all departmental ISO certification documents updated and properly maintained
- Follow up on patient complaints from every source and coordinate with the relevant HODs until each one is closed
- Take part in regular internal audits across hospital departments
- Maintain accurate, well organised Quality Assurance records
- Run training sessions so staff understand Quality Management Systems and compliance standards
- Support continuous improvement work that lifts quality and patient care standards
