Performance Marketer Jobs Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business or a related subject.
- Two to four years of hands-on work in performance marketing or ad campaign management.
- A track record of managing ad budgets, optimising campaigns and working from data rather than instinct.
Job Description
- Run and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn Ads.
- Own the budgets, bidding strategy and overall campaign performance.
- Work with the creative team so the ad assets actually support the campaign.
- Run A/B tests on ad copy, visuals and landing pages.
- Track CPA, CPL, ROAS and CTR, then report back with findings and clear recommendations.
- Set up conversion tracking through Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager and GA4.
- Watch conversion data for accuracy and tighten the tracking setup where it’s weak.
