Greenstar Social Marketing Pakistan is hiring Assistant Manager District Coordinators on contract across ten districts of Sindh: Tharparkar, Sanghar, Jamshoro, Sukkur, Thatta, Benazirabad, Umerkot, Mirpurkhas, Matiari and Badin. These Greenstar Social Marketing Jobs are field roles, and roughly ninety percent of the time is spent travelling inside the assigned district.
The work is project delivery on the ground. You run the approved work plan in your district, hit targets and deliverables, and manage the healthcare service providers: selection, engagement, monitoring, follow up and resolution when service delivery slips. Clinic establishment and construction get checked against approved BoQs, maps and quality standards. Community mobilisation through Sitara Bajis, outreach, referrals, trainings, meetings and project events all sit with you.
You also represent the project in DTC, DCC and other district coordination forums, keep project data and trackers accurate in both electronic and physical form, and make sure medicines and supplies reach clinics on time. A master’s in Public Health, Social Sciences or Management with three to five years in national or international development organisations is the ask. Preference goes to permanent residents of the district, and the selected person must live and work there for the contract period, which makes this District Coordinator Sindh role a genuinely local posting.

Greenstar Social Marketing Jobs Requirements
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Management or a relevant discipline
- 3 to 5 years of experience with national or international development organisations, preferably in the health sector
- Permanent resident of and currently based in the respective district is preferred, and the selected candidate must live and work in the assigned district through the contract
- Willingness to travel roughly 90 percent of the time within the district
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office
Job Description
- Run day to day implementation of the project in the assigned district, including the approved work plan and district targets
- Manage project healthcare service providers: selection, regular engagement, performance monitoring, follow up on service delivery, documentation and resolution of operational issues
- Monitor clinic establishment and construction against approved BoQs, maps, quality standards and timelines, and follow up on identified gaps
- Lead community mobilisation through Sitara Bajis, including planned outreach, community engagement, referrals and assigned targets
- Coordinate and support trainings, meetings, community activities and project events, with the logistics and documentation they need
- Coordinate with district level government stakeholders and represent the project in DTC, DCC and other district forums
- Maintain accurate and current project data, trackers and documentation at district and service provider level, electronic and physical
- Make sure medicines, commodities and other supplies reach project clinics and service providers on time, and follow up on supply gaps
- Take on other tasks assigned by the supervisor
