Job Description
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly sewing production plans against customer orders and capacity
- Monitor line balancing, capacity utilisation and output efficiency across the sewing lines
- Make sure trims reach the sewing lines on time
- Liaise with procurement and the cutting department to head off shortages
- Analyse KPIs including SMV, efficiency, WIP and on time delivery
- Act as the link between the planning, quality and supply chain departments
- Take part in daily production meetings and follow ups
